What is it?
When connecting the probe to the system, one of those messages appears: "no probe connected", "message 43", "message 60".
How to investigate?
- Ask about the frequency of apparition of the issue
- Is the ultrasound array stucked on one side?
- Check the state of the pins of the probe and the central unit
- Clean the pins of the probe and the central unit following those steps
- Perform a hard shutdown following those steps
- If possible, try to connect another probe on trinity, and check if the same message triggered.
- Retrieve the logs of PROMAP following those steps
- Open a customer request via this form
How to solve?
Cleaning the pins or performing a hard shutdown can solve the issue. Otherwise, a change of probe or central unit might be needed depending on the analysis of the logs by the Koelis team.
