I have issues connecting my probe to the system


What is it?

When connecting the probe to the system, one of those messages appears: "no probe connected", "message 43", "message 60".

How to investigate?

  1. Ask about the frequency of apparition of the issue
  2. Is the ultrasound array stucked on one side?
  3. Check the state of the pins of the probe and the central unit
  4. Clean the pins of the probe and the central unit following those steps
  5. Perform a hard shutdown following those steps
  6. If possible, try to connect another probe on trinity, and check if the same message triggered.
  7. Retrieve the logs of PROMAP following those steps
  8. Open a customer request via this form

How to solve?

Cleaning the pins or performing a hard shutdown can solve the issue. Otherwise, a change of probe or central unit might be needed depending on the analysis of the logs by the Koelis team.
