      How to perform a hard shutdown of a Trinity

      Performing a hard shutdown will empty the capacitors of the central unit of the Trinity. The system will then restart properly.

      Here are the steps to follow:

      1. Turn off the Trinity
      2. Unplug the Trinity from the wall outlet
      3. Press and hold the power button (on the side of the CU) for about 30 sec
      4. Replug the Trinity on the wall outlet
      5. Turn on the Trinity
