When clicking on the Import button, the page takes a long time to load

Your customers call because the time to access to import page is long

When can this issue occur ?

This issue can occur if the system stored important volume of MRI data.

How to prevent this issue ?

By default, the Trinity cleaned the MRI images database import every 3 days.
You could reduce this periodicity. The system could clean database import every day.

On Maintenance account, go in Connection tab

Changing the backup time of images imported from the station to 1 day.
