I'm getting a message 63 when performing a 3D acquisition

What is it?

During the 3D acquisition, the probe takes hundreds of 2D acquisitions (frames). Between each frame, the motor of the probe moves by a few degrees.

The error 63 means that during the 3D acquisition, the motor skipped too many frames for the resulting 3D ultrasound image to be properly used by the software.

How to investigate?

  1. Relaunch a 3D acquisition and see if the error appears again.
  2. Retrieve the logs of PROMAP following those steps.
  3. Open a customer request via this form. Attach the logs to the form.

How to solve?

Usually this error appears ponctually. It is not a blocking issue and relaunching a 3D acquisition will solve the issue.

If the error appears on a regular basis, a change of probe might be needed according to the appropriate commercial conditions.
