I'm getting a message 43 during a biopsy session

What is it?

During the acquisition of a 3D volume, the error message 43 is displayed.

How to investigate?

An error 43 is not critical if it happens only once. It means the ultrasound module occasionally has a failure .

If the error appears more than once, perform the following steps in the following order. Each step can solve the issue:

  1. Unplug/replug the probe
  2. Perform an hard shutdown of the Trinity.
  3. Reboot the system.
  4. Relaunch a 3D acquisition.
  1. Retrieve the logs of PROMAP following those steps.
  2. Open a customer request via this form. Attach the logs to the form.

How to solve?

If the steps above dit not solve the issue and the error 43 appears systematically, send the logs to the Koelis Service team and they will figure out if a replacement is necessary.
