How can you reinstall a printer ?

Context :

The customer called because the printer was unavailable and they cannot print anythings

How to proceed ?

  • Turn on the Trinity and launch the Admin account.
  • Click on or on Starting Menu and click on Windows Settings.
  • Click on Devices > Printers & Scanners and select the printer which could be deleted, and click on Delete.
  • A pop-up window triggered to confirm the action.

The printer was now

  • Restart the Trinity and launch the Maintenance account.
  • Click on Configuration setting then Peripheral devices tab
You can now set the printer, click on Add a printer
