Context :
The customer called because the printer was unavailable and they cannot print anythings
How to proceed ?
- Turn on the Trinity and launch the Admin account.
- Click on
or on Starting Menu and click on Windows Settings. - Click on Devices > Printers & Scanners and select the printer which could be deleted, and click on Delete.
- A pop-up window triggered to confirm the action.
The printer was now
- Restart the Trinity and launch the Maintenance account.
- Click on Configuration setting then Peripheral devices tab
