I'm getting a message 64 when performing a 3D acquisition

err 64

What is it?

Before or after the acquisition of a 3D volume, the error message 64 is displayed.

How to investigate?

An error 64 is not critical if it happens only once. It means the probe occasionally has an error of calibration. To get back the ultrasound image, unfreeze the ultrasound live.

If the error appears more than once, perform the following steps in the following order. Each step can solve the issue:

  1. Relaunch a 3D acquisition in the air
  2. Unplug/replug the probe
  3. Reboot the system
  4. Retrieve the logs of PROMAP following those steps.
  5. Open a customer request via this form. Attach the logs to the form.

How to solve?

If the steps above dit not solve the issue and the error 64 appears systematically, send the logs to the Koelis Service team and they will figure out if a change of probe is necessary.
