There is either a completely black screen, or the message "PROMAP has stopped working" has appeared.
What is it?
This behaviour of the system means that PROMAP software has crashed. It can be due to several causes.
How to investigate?
- To get out of the black screen, if you have a keyboard press CTRL+ALT+DEL and click on "Sign out" or "Log off". If you don't, press for 5 seconds the power button on the side of the central unit, it will shut down the central unit.
- Ask for the context of apparition and the frequency of occurence of the issue.
- Retrieve the log and dump files following those steps.
- Open a customer request via this form.
