What is it?
If an activation key is asked when launching Promap, it means that the software is deactivated.
This issue usually occurs after a brutal shutdown of the system. For instance, when the power cord is removed from the system or from the wall while the system is on.
How to investigate?
- Check any potential damage on the baseplate of the Trinity.
- Remind the user to shutdown the system properly, i.e. by clicking on the "shut down" button on Promap or on the homepage.
- Retrieve the logs of PROMAP following those steps.
- Open a customer request via this form. Attach the logs to the form. Koelis Service team will provide you with the appropriate software activation key.
