What is it?
I configured my KOELIS system with the PACS but the two entities do not communicate.
How to investigate?
To troubleshoot the problem, follow those steps:
- There are two ethernet ports. Check that the ethernet cable is plugged to the proper ethernet port, configured for the PACS.
- Check the AETITLE, Port, IP address configured on TRINITY.
- Check the AETITLE, Port, IP address and MAC address or hostname of TRINITY configured on the PACS.
- Check the Storage and Q/R authorization with the help of an IT.
- Check the authorization for Trinity to communicate through hospital network.
On older PROMAP versions, on the "Connectivity" tab, use the part "Multi-Modalities", not the part "US":

How to solve?
A PACS connection issue is almost always a configuration issue between the PACS and the TRINITY, so chances are very high that one of the steps above will solve the issue.
