How to get the security code of a system

The security code is a unique identifier of your system used from PROMAP 4.1.4 to generate software upgrades.

There are two ways to retrieve this code:

• Generate a system report in the maintenance account:

• Go to the main page of Promap and click to the "i" button on the top right of the screen:

• If you don't have a security code and want to get one, please contact the Koelis Service team. For example, you might need a security code if you want to upgrade PROMAP to a version newer than 4.1.4.

Note: this security code will be requested by Koelis teams when adding options or updating your Trinity system
