What is it?
An air bubble appeared inside the head of the probe, impacting the quality of the acquired echographic image.
How to investigate?
- Check if there is any crack on the head of the probe
- Check if the dome is still properly sealed to the shield of the probe
- Ask for the cleaning process of the probe used by the customer
- Open a customer request using this form
How to solve?
Regardless of the size of the bubble, the probe has to be replaced under the appropriate commercial conditions.
